Zita is a team oriented attorney with strong leadership skills and excels in demanding environments, all while balancing multiple priorities and providing exceptional service to each client.
She advises clients on complex matters involving brand partnerships, television and film development, copyright and trademark, music rights and services, and advertising and marketing. She also provides advice and counsel on a broad range of entertainment matters including acquisitions, literary options, production services, influencer agreements and personal services agreements. With extensive experience in music, film and new media Ms. Brack structures and negotiates deals for recording artists, music producers, songwriters, production companies, directors and on-screen talent.
Ms. Brack served as an in house business and legal affairs associate for a major media company and worked on projects such as Fifty Shades Freed Soundtrack, Fast & Furious Soundtrack, Girls Trip, Skinner's Dress Suit, Jurassic Park, The Mummy and Happy Death Day just to name a few.
She is the recipient of the Thomas Jefferson Medal Award and the Witkin Award for Excellence.
